Yellow Vacuum
How do I clean my Dyson vacuum (yellow one)?
Inside the plastic barrel, so much dust collects in the “honeycomb” aread and all over. I’ve hand cleaned as much as I could, but I’d really like a better way to clean it. I rinsed it once with water, but that left a dirty, musty smell. Any suggestions? Maybe the part (w/ honeycomb) inside the barrel comes off and I haven’t figured out how? I’ve tried the Dyson website – it was no help.
You remove the black washer/gasket and slide out the thing that looks like a space ship from star wars and get a can of air (staples) or get someone wiht an air compressor to blast it.
It tooke me a bit to figure out and you do have to pull somewhat hard to get it the first time.
