Wednesday, August 5th, 2009How do you replace the front coil springs on a 99 Jeep Wrangler?
I recently found out that my front driver side coil spring is cracked so I am going to replace both. I bought a Hayes manual is it said that I have to disconnect the front drive shaft, stavilizer bar links, shock absorbers, track bar, and the drag link from the pitman arm. Does anyone know a better way, or do I have to go through all those steps?
I don’t think you would need to remove all that. I would go to public library and pull the repair step from ALLDATA.
