Where can i find carbon fiber ignition keys?
I would like to find a location at which they can make a copy of my car key in carbon fiber. I’ve seen many BMW’s that have a spare copy made out of carbon fiber. I would liek to find one for my Mini
I’ve never seen one that is a carbon fiber one, but they do have one that looks kinda like a dull finish carbon fiber. This key is a wallet key in case you lose the original. They also have a valet key that will not open the trunk or dash. These must be special ordered from the dealership because of EWS (an embedded chip in the key specific for your car that acknowledges the car isn’t being hot wired).
